Choose your next home

Compare shortlisted BTO, new-launch or resale units before you make a decision you will live with for years.

Compare with context

Choosing a home takes time. Floor plans, available units and selection deadlines can make a shortlist difficult to compare.

Send the plans of your shortlisted units to discuss how the home’s direction, layout and the household’s BaZi can be considered alongside your practical priorities.

The aim is to understand the differences between options and the layout considerations each one brings, before buying or moving on to renovation.

Four areas of assessment

Luck cycle
The property is considered within the longer-term Feng Shui period and the intended timing of use.
Direction
Review the facing direction and how it relates to the proposed home.
BaZi suitability
Consider the relationship between the home and the people who will live there.
Shape and missing sectors
Read the floor plan’s shape, completeness and room arrangement, including any missing sectors.

Match your shortlist

Resale units

Share a separate floor plan and available direction information for each shortlisted unit. Tell the consultant about any existing alterations.

BTO or a new launch

Share the development catalogue, site plan, available stacks and unit layouts. Mention your selection appointment or purchase deadline.

Three-option assessment

The homepage lists a pre-purchase assessment from S$199, with a usual price of S$399. Your consultant confirms the eligible scope and final fee for the units you wish to compare.

Prepare your shortlist

  • The available floor plans and unit details.
  • The development site plan or sales catalogue, where relevant.
  • Facing direction information, if available.
  • The number of options you wish to compare.
  • Your buying stage and selection deadline.
  • Household details requested by the consultant.

After choosing a home, a residential audit can look more closely at furniture arrangement, bed direction, colours and renovation planning.

Plan the home you choose

Before your assessment

Can I compare just one unit?Yes. Share the plan and explain the decision you are making. The consultant will confirm a suitable assessment scope.

Does selection include a home visit?A floor plan comparison and an on-site residential audit have different scopes. Ask what is included before arranging either service.

Will this cover renovation?Selection helps you compare homes. Detailed furniture and renovation recommendations can be discussed through a residential audit after you choose.
